Good but doesn’t work at times
I need some help as it says on the app I have no internet connection so I deleted it and reinstalled it but now it says an error occurred when sledging stronger foot I tried on my iPad and phone but it still wont work what do I need to do?footballerrrr

When I’m trying to pair the tag in the app, it gives me the option to choose my strong foot but it said there is an error please helpadiisprosoccer
Great thing but syncing problems
So today I tried to sync my data to FIFA but it said it wasn’t connected to internet but it was, so I deleted it and did it again and it worked, but pls fix this.Eloveug

It won’t even install the firmware at the start I’ve tried several times over the past two days and I’m still getting no look I’ve sent an email out and I’m yet to get a response it’s gets to about 30% download then I fails. Please helpF3nah
Bought for my 13 year old but he is blocked from using it
I bought this for my kid but had no idea he would not be able to use is with his FIFA Mobil game app. It says you have to be 13 but when we tried to pair it with his FIFA Mobil account it would not work and said “Must be 13 to use GMR”. He is 13 so I’m not sure why it won’t work. Very frustrating as now it can’t be returned because it is opened.Show lesspharmer 67
what a waste of money
This app at first was ok i thought it would work, i followed the instructions and went into my first game with it today. I played one of my best games yet out pacing everyone on the wings and hitting quite a few powerful shots. now when i come to see my stats they don’t come through so i have to delete the app n reinstall it. finally when they do come through they were by far the most incorrect things i have ever seen. Apparently i only had 30 touches of the ball when i had the most touches of the ball out of anyone during that game, i got 12kmh top speed....... if i’m outpacing people that i’m sure are hitting speeds of above 28kmh then i’m sure i’m hitting the 30+s. the only thing they got right was my shot power, not worth the purchase please don’t buy.Show lessletmecommeny
App is okay, but needs more work
I see the potential of the data being recorded, but they way it is displayed can be improved. For example, it would be nice to see compared statistics not only for the ball speed, but for all other variables. It would also be nice to see a complete history of your statistics without having to click on a specific day (e.g., week, month, year, total) like most sports apps out there.Show lessCh1!

They should know a lot of people are having this bug that we can’t sync due to “connection error”, and they still don’t fix it. Used the chat in the app and they act like it’s the first time they have heard of the problem. Regret buying it.abpuma17
