Ok when it works
Using fine then all of a sudden it’s telling me the temperature is up and I have the heating on even though I know it’s actually off in the timed down zone. Switch a heater off with it, it greys out but still showing Hester is on and temperature increasing!! Have to keep uninstalling and reinstall. Wish my heaters could use another app

Spent half an hour repeating the process of typing in email address and password and waiting for verification which never came.

Absolutely dreadful, the server is forever dropping. Sort it out!!!

For all users, please manual enter the password rather than cut and pasting.
Unable to access app on iOS since latest update
Despite trying to reset password, the iOS app still refuses to accept my credentials. I can though log in over the web with the same details.... please fix!
App has logged me out!
I have been logged out and now the app won’t recognise my password or let me reset. I can’t find any way of contacting you as emails all ‘noreply’

Despite repeated attempts to reset password the app won’t let me sign me back in. No obvious way of getting support. This just isn’t good enough for an app that controls heating.
