As for the location display and filters, you’re right! Sometimes the app shows only the distance, while other times it provides the exact city—this varies depending on several factors. Stay away from this app
The response is just untrue and a lie. The verification process is just not effective. I literally had conversations with “verified” users who admitted it wasn’t them/what they looked like & others who I visually found out after photos/video call.

The verification process is straightforward, but a user cannot be verified unless it's the exact same person or the gesture is performed correctly. If you suspect any profile to be fake or mistakenly verified, please contact us at support@dua.com, and we'll take the necessary actions. We also understand your concerns about the limitations as a Freemium user. Even with a Freemium account, you can still send likes, make matches, and start new chats with all your matches. Additionally, you can check our Premium offers, as we provide various discounts from time to time.
