Price History of Fit Bears

Description of Fit Bears

Fit Bears is a fitness tracker that provides Rangers F.C. news, fixtures and social media updates. Track your steps, compete against fellow fans and win prizes! The app has been launched in collaboration with Rangers Charity Foundation and Rangers F.C. Check how active you are and see what is new around your favourite team. Fan Fit is a smartphone app that helps sports clubs and fans communicate and think more about active, healthy lifestyles. The app is designed to increase fitness awareness and empower fans and players with just a basic smartphone or a fitness wristband. The app can track walking and running in global, monthly and private leagues. Play against your friends, share leagues and win prizes. It has been developed from research at Salford University and allows better communication between fans, whilst allowing fans to get fit! Digital Media, sports fans and communications are key areas of research for Salford University’s Centre of Sports Business and Digital Business, working in conjunction with our centres for Social Business and Health Sciences. Our research centres on the use of digital communication technologies for sports fans and clubs and crosses over into the growing demand for sports and fitness apps. The app uses Apple HealthKit and/or Garmin Connect as it’s source of activity data.
