  • Could be better

This app has alot of potential, could be better, have one kid at school whose it and one at nursery so can’t view both or just causes havoc
  • Great concept but poor user experience

The ability to get updates on activities at school and nursery, and see photos of what they are doing is really great. It really helps us talk to the kids about what they’ve been doing.
Sadly scrolling through photos is it’s painful in that photos are cut off or can’t be scrolled, or missed when scrolling.
Also the lack of ability to use the app for children in different schools is a major miss in the features. Many families must have a mix of children in nursery and primary school. Using different apps on different devices as a work around is just a faff.
If the usability / accessibility of images could be addressed and the ability to switch schools was there then this would be a really great app. Unfortunately without it it’s just a great idea.

  • Clunky

    No option to message nursery.
I keep getting emails saying a daily diary has been updated but when I log on there is no daily diary to view.
Previously used famly app which was much easier to view as had a daily diary format that was filled in which then could be shown in a graph to track patterns / progress.
