Was on a good payment, paying off! Somehow My balance jump from $1800. To $6000… this is so ridiculous.. Bad service, bad company and rip offs.. and now they remove my app, to where I can get into. How stupid is that. I can play the game, why not .. or Mayb sue them for this causeDislike company
Terrible service terrible company
If I could give zero stars I would not only will I never recommend this company I will tell everyone I see not to use them! I paid my account off within the 90 day period completely paid it off zero balance and instead of closing off the account they ignored that I had paid off my account and charged me another month when I called to ask why I’d been charge they said that the account was not closed out and that I should have used the website instead of the app so they essentially blamed me for there mistake and I was still charge a close out feeShow lessarkangler
Horrible, useless app!
I just financed with this company and already before my first payment I was told that when I pay on the app I have to call them to let them know the payment has been sent as the app will not automatically reflect this payment. What is the point of having a payment feature at all then??? Also the Live Chat Support, HORRIBLE! The app does not send you notifications for this chat and if you don’t respond to their message within 3 minutes you get disconnected and have to start all over again! On top of this they are completely CLUELESS as to what fees are being paid and for what, each representative gives you a different answer. Wish I had read reviews before financing with this company.Show lessJan7896
