Reviews of Bike Streets

Bike Streets FTW

This is a must-have tool for getting around Denver on bikes. So good!! I have been (up until now) an almost-never rider, mainly because I am scared of car traffic. But Bike Streets makes me excited to ride. It routes me on quiet streets and I love the community aspect - every bike trip I take is adding to the Bike Streets tally. You can really see how together we’re making an impact choosing bikes over cars. It makes me want to turn the app on even when I know the route to follow just so my miles get logged for the cause. That said, the turn by turn directions are super useful and make it fun and easy to explore new places. Love the map that shows you how much of the city you’ve explored, too. Now I just need a bike mount for my phone and Ima be biker babe 24/7!!! You know it.

Safer and better than the others

Love the app and the mission. Really helps lower barriers to get on a bike in Denver and feel safer on the road. Not only that, I have found the streets chosen quieter than other map apps suggestions and I’m also discovering “new” routes in the city. I’ve even found beautiful streets in my own neighborhood of 20 years that I rarely, if ever, drive my car down. I guess that’s kinda the point!

Best bike App Ever!

Goodbye to the days where I spent hours planning my bike route using Google Satellite and Street View. This one blows everything else out of the water! It takes me on fun and efficient bike routes every time. My biggest complaint is it’s Denver only and that doesn’t seem fair to everyone suffering in every other city! Can’t wait to see it expand to the whole Denver Metro Area and beyond!
