Reviews of RTD FlexRide

Good concept but has glitches

I love the idea and potential convenience. But searching for rides can be problematic. Several times the app says there are no rides available. Restarting the app usually helps. Or it gives rides for different times. There are also issues with cancelling rides. I canceled a ride recently but they still showed up even though the app said it was canceled.

Needs work

This is a great idea for an app, however it is extremely difficult to set departure/arrival locations any other way than typing an address - it will frequently change a location chosen on the map, for instance. There is no way to modify your ride or contact the driver ("contact" button for the ride just pulls up whatever note you put in on booking). Support sends you to the website, the website tells you to call, which is difficult if you have hearing problems! I would have just called in the first place if I didn't want to use the app! The most useful feature is being able to see the territory limits.
