I love Lashify, but not the app
I have installed and reinstalled this app but continue to have problems at checkout. The app crashes every time I click the payment button. If the developers could fix that, it would be perfect!D_Stokes

Great app
I love Lashify, and this app is handy to use. The only change I’d love to see is for managing the Luxe box to be able to search/sort through the products. It’s so tedious to have to manually scroll through everything and see what you have selected or look for what you want to add/delete.LylaBoo
App doesn’t work
I have been using it for over a year and it suddenly doesn’t let me change my subscription box. It says it unable to update. It gives an email to report the problem, I’ve done it twice with response. I contacted the concierge and they said to uninstall and reinstall the app and it still doesn’t work so I have to use the website on a desktop. Just basically gave up. It’s also quirky in other ways but there are workarounds. Not in this case though. It’s very frustrating that no tech person would even look into it.Show lessjolee29
Love the lashes, app needs some work
Lashify lashes are so great! But the app itself needs work. Especially when ordering your box through the membership option. There are no categories so you have to scroll through a long list of every item they have which makes it hard to see what you even selected in the first place. The proceed to checkout button at the top doesn’t work half of the time.Show lesskrysss123
GAME CHANGER!!!
I’ve always had frustration and difficulty when it came to lashes. Extensions were damaging and didn’t always come out the way I wanted. Tried every kind of strip lash and nope couldn’t get the hang of it. LASHIFY IS AMAZING!!! Got my control kit, got the lashes on in under 10 mins! Best Lash system Ever!
I’ve tried every kind of lash application there is. This is hands down the easiest and most natural looking lash I’ve founds. So excited to again have beautiful long lashes at much less cost then salon extension. Also developed irritations from lash extension and have had no issues with this system so far! Nice App, Poor Customer Service
I sent maybe 3 emails/inquires about the difficult lash cash changes over the course of the past 5 months with NO response yet! Unfortunately this kind of service turns me off from purchasing with the company at all moving forward!Girl.!
