I was out of town for quite some time and my Fff package was stolen. I mostly blame fedex for this as they did not utilize the locker system our apt complex has. I initiated a chat with Fff nearly two weeks after the initial delivery of the package explaining what happened and they not only replaced my box but gave me new options as the ones I originally chose were no longer available. They did not have to go out of their way as a stolen package is not their problem but their quick attentiveness and willingness to remedy the situation has me, as a person with a background in customer service, above and beyond satisfied and loyal. 10/10 will be upgrading and recommending. 🩷💜
