Got scam through staking
Beware dont stake. Bought near stake it from promotion offer. Transfer when through & took my near. Stake ui never updated. Contact support. No reply been a week now
Retrieving tokens after staking proves systematically problematic...
Every aspect and design of this wallet is impressive and near flawless in it’s aesthetics and functioning, with the humble exception of it’s seeming systematic predisposition towards a disinclination of the retrieval of your funds... From the prolonged and unnecessary unstaking period, to the amount of whichever token uou are retrieving that it is necessary to have in your account for the “fees” associated with unstaking, which is absurd due to the fact that the app does not charge fees on for unstaking with a validator.
I guess we learned long ago, not your keys, not your crypto... Somehow the industry continues to convince us it’s a good idea to permit them access to our crypto...

Can’t unstake near even though I have some that’s not staked to cover my costs. Please help support team.
Few Issues, Great Support.
There are a few technical issues that arise within the app like your Zil amount appearing and disappearing but the Moonlet team is extremely responsive and because the app is non-custodial it’s understandable that it’s a technical fix. The app presents your Zil on the blockchain so they are not storing your funds just acting as a UI. Great experience overall and I know that the app will continue to develop and improve. Thank you Moonlet team!

Little fishy..
Today zil moved up 12% and it just so happens that i cant access my moonlet wallet. This Bs especially if i wanted to sell out thats Probably why it doesnt work at the moment.
Amazing wallet
I’ve used many different crypto wallets and I downloaded this one to stake Zilliqa. It’s extremely user friendly, where even someone brand new to crypto would find it very straightforward and simple to navigate. The staking process works great and the new upgrade shows real time staking info, which is very convenient. The team is super responsive and customer focused. This is what a crypto wallet was meant to be. Great job!
