Leave a Review My Water Advisor 2.0
Doesn’t work at all
Always shows “No Data Available”Doesn’t function well
You can not see the entire screen. It glitches and cuts a lot of data off. Totally not worth it if you can’t even see all your data on the screenCant even set up
After entering my email twice and password, there’s no where to go…nothing to click. Very poor app design, I can’t even get it to workUseless
Cannot get enrolled. Go through all the steps and always get System Error message when I try to finalize. Based on other reviews I guess I should have expected failure. Not functional
When signing up/in, the finish/login button doesn’t work so you can’t access the app. Given the other ratings, it’s not just me.VERY glitchy
It’s useful, but barely. Does not load full views of hourly, daily, and monthly usage. Does not always show the actual dates at the bottom of the screen, leaving you guessing as to which day is which. Billing cycle projection is often wildly off, then recycle to a reasonable projection, without rhyme or reason. Then goes off on a wild one again. For relative info, it’s fine. And it seems to be accurate for the actual usage in the current billing cycle, but I haven’t crossed over to the next one. So we’ll see. It does need a lot of work.Show lessUseless
Nothing workedDoesn’t show anything but projected usage
My friend has the same phone, same utility company, and same app, yet ours show completely different things. She has the usage breakdown by the hour, but mine is completely blank and only shows projected usage for the billing cycle.Horrible App
Terrible UI, worked for a few weeks and now has stopped updating data and completely uselessNeed a lot of work
It has potential, I use other apps for electric etc. and this one nowhere near them.
This app lacks functionality, has a horrible interface, worked for couple of weeks for the limited things it did, now it doesn’t update any data at all. Just blank.
Advise: Fire the team/person who built this and find new resources to rebuild it from scratch because it’s not salvageable. Currently it’s uglier and useless than a door stopper.
Sorry someone has to say this.Show less
