  • Great App and Easy to Use

Registration was quick on my computer. Pulled up on iPhone, saved login so only a click away. Sewer is calculated based on water usage for the lowest two months in a four month period in winter (accounts for lawn maintenance in summer months). I was taking readings from the meter to estimate usage. Since 2018, my wife drove down winter usage so we are now paying $464 less per year on sewer service. If I had this App before, we’d be paying less. The forecast feature is great and seeing usage by month, day or hour is very useful. Just started using and I already love it.

  • Doesn’t work

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !! This app wouldn’t even let me add an account. My phone number and water account were correct and it wouldn’t let me set up account. Reviews are horrible. I don’t know why water company recommended this app. I can’t believe apples still lets this app exist!
  • Absolutely useless

I tried to log in. It says enter your email - twice. Enter password - twice. I submit and it says email is already in use. I go back to login screen and it says no such email exists!!!! Doesn’t give a number to call or any way to resolve log in issue. Absolutely useless. Their IT is ridiculous that it loops without resolution and they don’t or didn’t correct it. At least I can delete it with looping.

  • Serviceable

Runs perfect on iPhone 11 Pro. Just needs a dark mode and additional features for reporting such as:

    •Historical Comparison
    — How does my usage compare to last year?

    •Additional Graphical Data
    — Trend lines to see if my usage is trending up or down.

    •Spreadsheets
    — Please provide the same spreadsheet, or a calendar view that shows data. This allows a quick at-a-glance view of how much water is being used on what days of the week

  • Can’t use on iPhone 7

App doesn’t get beyond “terms of service” page.
