Saved an urgent trip to the vet
Our puppy swallowed a bee and we were worried our vet wouldn’t be able to see us in time to help him. Petzey saved the day! The vet tech we spoke with was really nice and calmly gave us instructions in what to do next and what symptoms to look out for if he had an allergic reaction. Thankfully our pup was fine (we think he swallowed the bee without its stinger) and we didn’t have to rush to the vet. Saved us from a bunch of worry and an $80+ visit. Fantastic App!
I used this app recently due to my cat acquiring some weird bumps on his hind leg. The vet professional gave some great tips regarding options to get rid of the bumps and her advice worked! Super happy to have a such a convenient appbrsamra
No support
I downloaded this APP on October 15th. I cant add a payment method, If I try to log in browser I’m getting and error message that my email does not exist. Yet when I look in the APP my email address is there greyed out. I contacted Petzey several times to NO avail!wilshi

This app makes it so easy to talk to a professional QUICK! Our dog ate some chocolate and a Petzy professional was able to not only provide some very informative information, she was able to talk me “off the cliff,” so to speak, as I was freaking out over the thought of my dog dying from chocolate ingestion! Turns out, there’s a certain amount of chocolate they have to eat in order for it to be really toxic. Fortunately my dog only ate a small amount, and since I was able to call someone so quick, we were able to induce vomiting and he threw it right back up!!! It would have taken me an hour to get to the vet, and maybe even longer to have him seen! For $20 I was able to talk to someone who helped me and my pet from the comfort of our own home. Comfort of second opinion
My dog developed a blockage in her intestines. The Petzey vet guided us through an assessment with recommendation to take her in - once examined, I was presented with over $6000 of potential charges. I called the Petzey vet back and they provided a second opinion on the recommended procedures and I ultimately saved $3800 and felt comfort with the local vet procedure we selected. Super convenient and helpful
My dog had a weird bump/bite on his ear and I didnt want to take the time or spend the money to go to a vet or urgent care because I didnt think it was THAT urgent. I had heard of Petzey from a friend and tried it out. Such an easy experience! I was connected to a vet by video and showed him the bump. Doggie vacay
I used this app when my dog seemed to be choking while we were on a mini vacation! I didnt know where any vets were and it was late at night so most close to me were closed. I was able to talk to someone right away who could walk me through what was likely happened and that it wasnt an emergency! Saved me from driving 1.5 hours to the closest emergency vet! Our veterinarian recommended it since our dog was having her first litter of puppies. I was pretty nervous but it put me at ease that I could contact someone with experience at any hour of the day. Holly helped us through the entire first puppy’s birth & with another concern we had later on. She was excellent! I felt like a pro after she taught us what to do. Great Pet App!!
So much easier than going to a regular vet set up. Had a few concerns about my dog, called through petzey and the vet was able to walk me through everything. Turns out he just had allergies!
