Literally loose my keys once a month. Best investment I’ve made (my parents think so as well (: 👍🏽)
Does the job, but with some annoyances
I really like the ease of use and set up. The ping noises are fairly loud and high pitched enough that I can hear it in the distance. The one thing that really annoys me and that I can’t find a way to turn off, are the notifications with text about being in a relatively “unsafe neighborhood, be cautious!” I drive around a lot, and it keeps pinging every so often. Maybe I’m not looking in the right place for these settings? Anyone have any clues?

Convenient
My gf bought me this product because I’m always losing my keys. Works great! Only problem I had is the loop that attaches to the key ring broke off within about 2 weeks. Still usable bit I had to open the device up, drill a new ring hole and reattach. Still works great tho. I would recommend.

I absolutely love this device. At first, I thought the price was a little steep ($35 at Toyota dealership) but I now think the price was totally reasonable. It has saved me several times from being too late to a very important event. When I'm looking frantically for my keys or my phone, it is so nice to remember this device and know that I will find what I am looking for. Thanks.

Fix it please
I can’t creat an account, it only shows “sign in”
Ring function faulty
My new key tag tracking device will not ring, nor will it activate my iphone to ring. The battery shows full, connectivity is paired, location function is active and useful, but I need it to ring on demand.
Inaccurate and racist
I was visiting my friend in a historically Latino neighborhood and A notice came up saying this is a dangerous neighborhood. It’s a neighborhood of doctors and lawyers! To test it I went to Chinatown at the same thing happened. I then went to my cousins neighborhood— mostly meth heads etc., and nothing came up. Don’t buy this app as it propagates bigotry and racism!

Excellent Product But
The functionality, design, construction and user interface were well thought out and implemented. However, the backend website needs work. If not for my bad experience attempting to remove a key tag that I assigned to an erroneous email address I would have given 5 stars. Trying to undo this error has become a full time job. A word of advice, when pairing the tag to your phone triple check for typos.

Doesn’t work when device is out of range from phone
The device doesn’t work when the phone is “out of range” so it’s just a useless key fob of not in range to your phone, maybe I miss read what it can do - but why have this when it’s suppose to help keep track of your keys, car etc & your not in a range to it??
Don’t get it! Use a different brand
This location finder continuously says “out of range” even when I am right next to it. It does not ring and I am more afraid of losing my keys with it on now because it will simply frustrate me. This is a piece of junk and should not be purchased by anyone. PLEASE LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT OPTION. Also to help others, leave a poor review so they do not have the same trouble.
