The MyHotelTeam® mobile application provides on the go access to view current schedules, time cards, and time off requests. HOME PAGE Immediately see your schedule for today and the next three days. SCHEDULE View your schedule for the week as soon as it’s published by the hotel. TIMECARD View the current week’s daily hours and a summary of hours so far. Pay Rate items, like wages and tips, are not included. TIME OFF Make requests for time off as soon as you know you need off. View any pending, approved, and denied requests. AVAILABILITY Input requests for Availability preferences as you know your ongoing schedule availability. Note: Some hotels choose to remove the Timecard, Time Off, or Availability pages from their employee access. If you have any questions about this, ask your manager or supervisor.   • App Needs More Features

    App needs to have the feature to show who all is scheduled during the whole week. Also the app should have the clock in and out feature on it. We need to be able to see our total hours calculated for the work week instead of having to add them up ourselves. And possibly check calculator for payroll
  • Recent Update causing issues

    Since the recent update on 5/23 the website/app is terrible. “All shifts” is reflecting the same schedule every day with even tho some days are different.

    Update: The arrows should update the All Shifts page as expected in v3.22.10. Thank you for your patience. Previous: We apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently working on a fix for the arrows not updating the All Shifts page correctly. In the meantime, you can click the calendar icon to change the date and this will work as expected.
  • Can’t view schedule

    Cant view my schedule because the app says it needs to update but the App Store says it’s updated…

    We apologize for the inconvenience. We released the newest version of the app Thu 5/23. Please update to the latest version 3.21.14 on the App Store. If you do not see the update there you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to force it to get the latest version. If this does not work, please contact us at support@myhotelteam.com.
