Impossible password recovery

I am unable to recover my password even tho I know my username. This is one of those sad technology things. I get an email the day before every shift to remind me my schedule but somehow I can’t recover my password to get into my account. It’s really messing up my work vibes. Sad.

Can’t login through the app

App worked fine, but all of the sudden I was kicked out and now can’t log back in. I’ve had many coworkers who have experienced the same thing. I can log in through the website, but it would be nice to have access to the app.

App Needs More Features

App needs to have the feature to show who all is scheduled during the whole week. Also the app should have the clock in and out feature on it. We need to be able to see our total hours calculated for the work week instead of having to add them up ourselves. And possibly check calculator for payroll

Recent Update causing issues

Since the recent update on 5/23 the website/app is terrible. “All shifts” is reflecting the same schedule every day with even tho some days are different.

Update: The arrows should update the All Shifts page as expected in v3.22.10. Thank you for your patience. Previous: We apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently working on a fix for the arrows not updating the All Shifts page correctly. In the meantime, you can click the calendar icon to change the date and this will work as expected.

Can’t view schedule

Cant view my schedule because the app says it needs to update but the App Store says it’s updated…

If you do not see the update there you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to force it to get the latest version. If this does not work, please contact us at support@myhotelteam.com.

Crashes often

Just got logged out when I was using the app no problems just yesterday. Other reviews they are responding saying to delete and download new app. I did this and *gasp* it had no effect on recovering my account 😱

Broken

The app was fine for a while, then suddenly it stopped working. Now my schedule is no longer visible even after deleting the app, resetting my password and even being issued a new invitation. Now it’s completely useless.

Employee logging in and loading error

My staff have to constantly have me reset there password as it will not let them log in . After the log in once reset the password all over the very next time it logs them back out an will not let them use the password they just set it’s just a blank screen . It’s a daily issue of having to reset these passwords for it to work one time after . It’s gotten so bad half my team has decided to stop using it . Please let us know what we can do to stop this it’s insane the amount of times I have to send them the new link. Thank you

Hello! A new version of app, 3.17.2, is available. We fixed the password reset and login issue. Download the newest app version and try again. Each session should last around 60 days.
