The app still is basic and without sync with the personal cloud. I have a Wondershare lifetime license. I feel that I pay a lot for a basic service...Mbv401920150 MiBol

Hi there, thanks for your feedback, please try this step to do troubleshooting: 1. Please confirm whether the ios device network is normal, can other software be used normally? *You can switch between wifi and 4G network testing. 2. Log out of the current account on the ios side and log in again. 3. Rename the unsynchronized files on the ios side to see if they can be synchronized normally after renaming. 4. Create a new file on the ios side to check whether the old file is synchronized. Lifetime License Not Working in iOS

Hi there, we’re sorry to hear that your experience was not of the quality you expected. Suggest you upload the files to a third party like One Drive or Dropbox to open your files saved with your desktop on the IOS device.I own a Mac license
And when I try to log on it says no internet connection. Is there a problem? Will my license work on the ipad and iOS version as well? It should!Peanut_King
