Poor customer service they steal your money

My seven year old seemingly added this app and as some apps are locked without membership she used a saved card in Apple wallet to buy an annual subscription. When I reached out to the company on day of renewal asking for a refund they told me 7 questions were answered in a 1 year period therefore I do not warrant a refund. Poor customer service beware.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to clarify that our intent was only to address your query regarding the unauthorised charge and the access to your account. We were presenting our findings based on the usage activity. To prevent renewal charges, subscriptions must be cancelled before the renewal date. Our subscription and refund policies are displayed within the app and on our website.

Horrible app

I signed up for what I thought was a free trial. When I went to cancel the free trial so it wouldn’t automatically renew the subscription, it had already charged my credit card for a full year’s subscription. Now that I cancelled it, it doesn’t seem likely that the charges will be reversed and I also don’t have access to the game itself.

Don’t work

Bought this for one month and he’s downloaded the action games too play and it’s forever loading not giving him access. So fast too take ya money but don’t work properly I’d like a refund

Wonderful games and activities for littles to start learning!

These bath games are a lifesaver for parents of toddlers and preschoolers! Our 3-year-old is fond of them, and the interactive features keep them engaged plus they’re more eager to brush teeth. The bright colors and fun shapes bubbles make it a hit maths problems in between it’s a fantastic way to learn the ABCs and basic counting concepts.
