Not a free app

Downloaded for my excited 4 year old, entered email address and was then presented with the option to pay monthly or annually. I’ve seen the review responses but cannot find a free trial option and feel pretty cheated really.

Dear Parent, There is a 3 day free trial period on both the monthly and annual plans. If your child does not like the game or any of our 30+ other games available as a SKIDOS member, then you can cancel it within 3 days and you will not be charged. We have a 7 day free trial option on our website. If you need any help with this , just email us at support@skidos.com.

Great

A fantastic and engaging game for children. They include coding lessons, which is excellent. My 7 year old loves this, and especially enjoyed being able to select puzzles and challenges within her most beloved topics of interest. Highly recommended!

I downloaded and before my son could really even try I am charged 9$ and however many cents. I just want a refund. If it was worth it it wouldn’t be a 2 second trial. I don’t even remember clicking on a trial this is marketed as a free app with the option to make in app purchases. I would really like a refund.

Loaded up to try the app first. Had to give email address only to find a pay monthly option. More data collecting!

Not letting me unsubscribe

Installed and subscribed for the 3 day trial for my 3 year old. I did not realize the game was geared towards older kids until she started playing. I decided to unsubscribe without success. The manage subscription button doesn’t work. The website provided lets me log in but then claims subscriptions on devices won’t show up on the website. Tried to go through a link provided in an email recieved by the app, and it sends me to itunes music that doesn’t even see the app. So If i can’t get in touch with someone in the next 2 days I’ll be getting charged $8.99 for a game I can’t even use.

Very cute Learning game for kids

It’s a really well made game for kids. They have a lot of fun learning games for all ages which can be used as part of the membership. My 4 year old loves them.
