  • Pictures not sending

    This app constantly has problems sending pictures and video. Everything from can’t send too many to sometimes they send. Just send 4 pictures to a customer then tried to send another two. “Something went wrong” pop up come up. Restarted… blah blah blah.. nothing changes. Also can’t pinch and zoom on photos like a normal text.

    Have contacted the company several times to fix bugs and just get ignored. Can’t wait to move to someone else as soon as our contract is up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND using someone else. They don’t fix anything.

  • Functions are missing

    Frequently are told the file is too large of a picture taken on an iPhone.
    Can’t pinch and zoom pictures that are sent
    Today- I can’t even reply to a message.
    Have reached out with the concerns with the company. Not only do they not fix them, they won’t even respond. Most, if not all, of the people that help set our business up a year ago aren’t there. Or at least they don’t answer emails.

  • No longer works on IPAD

    Decent app for $200 a month you would think they would support iPad , but it stopped working about 2 months ago on iPad, they are aware but no progress on a fix, looking for a new chat app for customers. Guess they are no working on this amymore
  • Could be a LOT better

    The new update to the app is TERRIBLE! Too many problems with the update, and it should definitely go back the the way it was before. It makes doing my job so much harder, and I’m tempted to ask my company to switch platforms. So many things could be done to make improvements, but all the changes that were made only worsened the experience.
