Poor Customer Service & Payout
Be warned. There is an real issue with refunds, the process they advertise does not work. If there is not enough funds to cover refunding tickets in the event of a cancellation they say it will revert to taking payment from your associated bank account, this would be a good system if that was what actually happens.
What actually happens is that you cannot process a refund unless you deposit money back into your fareharbor account, understandable, except you have to wait for their finance team to process the transaction which takes far too long. We have been waiting two months currently and they say there is still no sign of the £800 we transferred to them despite providing evidence of transfer.
Obviously our customers are not prepared to wait two months so we have had to refund outside of the system and request the £800 be returned. It has not been and we are currently £800 out of pocket.
