Poorly designed
GoCOS replaces the prior GoCoSprings app. I primarily used GoCoSprings to report infrastructure maintenance and graffiti issues. I frequently would do this using my Iphone while sitting in my car at the side of the road. The new app is far more awkward to use, and requires drilling down multiple layers that offer, for example, irrelevant info about the city budget. I’ll use it, but for my purposes, it’s a lot less convenient than the old app.crollman
