Big yikes
- Constantly logged out mid-call
- Unable to transfer (loading signal)
- Voicemail transcription not loading
- Voicemails not sending to email
We’ve worked with Cytracom support so many times over the last year and their resolutions never seem to last long. Our office staff is resorting to using their personal cell phones, sans app, frequently just to keep things running.
I’m pleased to say we’re demo-ing with other vendors. The day cannot come soon enough for our staff.
Far from the best
The customer support is great, best in the business.
The physical in-office phone works properly. No problems with call forwarding or conference calls.
Standard options don’t exist. There is no “out of office” functionality, you have to-record your messages from scratch.
The app is just horrible. Listening to voicemail only works 40-50%. Similar results with calling. I have to reinstall the app almost weekly.
In conclusion: the customer support can get you through the rest of Cytracom’s failings. I used Ring Central a decade ago, and it was much better than Cytracom. I would not recommend them for a small business owner.
