Big yikes
Even with the recent updates, there are so many issues.
- Constantly logged out mid-call
- Unable to transfer (loading signal)
- Voicemail transcription not loading
- Voicemails not sending to email
We’ve worked with Cytracom support so many times over the last year and their resolutions never seem to last long. Our office staff is resorting to using their personal cell phones, sans app, frequently just to keep things running.
I’m pleased to say we’re demo-ing with other vendors. The day cannot come soon enough for our staff.

Far from the best
Physical phone is great, app is one of the worst I’ve used.
The customer support is great, best in the business.
The physical in-office phone works properly. No problems with call forwarding or conference calls.
Standard options don’t exist. There is no “out of office” functionality, you have to-record your messages from scratch.
The app is just horrible. Listening to voicemail only works 40-50%. Similar results with calling. I have to reinstall the app almost weekly.
In conclusion: the customer support can get you through the rest of Cytracom’s failings. I used Ring Central a decade ago, and it was much better than Cytracom. I would not recommend them for a small business owner.

Poor Contacts option
I use both the desktop version and mobile version. I was able to add business contacts in the desktop version but it does not carry over when I login to the mobile app. The mobile app only allows you to have the extensions from our company or add all of your personal contacts from my cell phone. I don’t like having my personal contacts included on the app. Wish you would allow adding other contacts in the mobile app.

Needs Multi-Tasking Split Screen Support on iPad
Please add multitasking support for iPad. Otherwise good app.
Largely good
This app is so close to doing everything we need it to. Unfortunately it seems to have spotty support for queue calls. We use queues fairly heavily and this would be great to have work consistently.
Not happy
Maybe it’s because it’s an iPhone. But, here’s the list
-Dropped calls
-History makes no sense ( only shows incoming and not outgoing) it basically shares my call log on my iPhone which congest my log with Cytracom calls
-Outgoing calls are hit or miss
- Water or echoes on some calls.
No matter what I still have to use the system. But it could be fixed and remedied.

App!
I am definitely pleased with this technology from this app! The clarity is unbelievable great and I highly would recommend to anyone who’s an professional business person or definitely administrator or administrative assistant! Now waiting on headsets from the company. Finally, the reps who sells the equipment, also installers are Awesome!.. Donah FSRC

Buggy App
This app consistently drops my calls unless I specifically have the app open - and sometimes even drops those. Call showing on your Lock Screen and slide over to answer? Dropped. Call showing while using phone and you click answer? Dropped. The UI is intuitive but I’ve never had such a poor experience with a VoIP app and it makes doing my job more difficult when I need a reliable solution. I don’t know if it is specifically the version or if it’s an ongoing issue but it is incredibly frustrating.

Not Functioning
Not an APP yet. Very good design but nothing works and it forces to access everything on the phone.
Over this app
I'm tired of missing calls. I try to answer the call and the app fails. I am over having to install and reinstall this app just to get it to function. When I am logged out of the app, my phone rings. When I'm logged into the app, it hangs up on the calls I try to answer.
