Doesn’t work most of the time on iPadOS 15.3
Agree with one of the other reviews that this Pro app, which is NOT free, doesn’t work reliably at all. Only occasionally (meaning less than half the time), it will sound an alarm at the 80% charge level I set.
However, most of the time, with the app’s background toggle set to “on”, and even leaving it as the active app onscreen, it will not sound if the iPad is locked and the screen is off (which is how one should be able to charge the iPad for security purposes).
So due to this app’s repeated failures, it has allowed my expensive iPad Pro to overcharge numerous times to 100%, which as we all know, shortens the battery health and overall life. It wasn’t great on iPadOS 14, and unfortunately it’s gotten worse on 15.
Really a shame, because I’ve been using this app’s predecessors for several years with mostly good results on older iOS versions. Here’s hoping the developer fixes this soon. As it is now, it’s not worth any money as it’s VERY UNRELIABLE, and relying upon it is worse than checking the battery charge level yourself. Dev, I’m willing to change my rating if you’re ultimately able to fix it, because I would like this to work.

Very reliable app, does what it says. I’ve been looking for this type of battery charging app for some time. Very accurate. I especially like the selection of tones available. Kudos to the developers!!

This is one of my best apps I’ve been using it for long time I recently emailed you because the update quit working and I’ve said as soon it started working again I would by a coffee so I just did I hope u take it black like me enjoy it 😏👍
Hi I’m glad u enjoyed that black coffee. One thing I like to mention I wonder if it would be possible to develop something just like it for the Apple Watch I would be the first to get it. I wish I could do it myself Once upon a time I was into programming in machine language eight bits machines I’ve programmed few games and done some 3D work now on my age I haven’t gone the enthusiasm to start get to know how to program on cc+ or other languages , anyways have a nice day. Last update killed the app, it was working very well, but, after the update, the app has a lot bugs and it isn’t working.
After update to 4.0.6, the problem started, and yesterday I update to the new 4.0.7, but no change.

Great App.
I tried a couple of other battery apps but this one does exactly what I want: Gives me an alarm when the charge reaches the lower and upper limits I’ve set. If you need what it does you can’t go wrong.
There’s a good FAQ page that helps explain things & the dev is great; he fixes bugs right away.

App works when it feels like!!!
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times and it’s the same thing. I have it set for 40% (low) and 100% (high) and It’ll work sometimes for both. Then sometimes on one of them and then it won’t work for either of them. I carefully read all instructions and have gotten these results repeatedly. I’m tired of messaging around with this. It would’ve been a useful app if it constantly worked. Two thumbs down!!!

Simple to use, good sounds, works well
Great app, far better than others I tried. Nice layout, not too cluttered so easy to use - and I especially enjoy the Africa drum (djembe) sound. Just upgraded from the free version as a result.

Updated review: Another great bonus is it works with older iOS phones. A lot of apps these days require the latest versions of iOS. Hope the developer appreciates how useful this is to many people (who like their older 5 SE iphones) - please keep it that way.

Liking this app so far, If the ui and aesthetic of the app gets upgraded that would be even better. Other then that this app works well and does its job!
Useful then stopped working?!
