Might be the most frustrating app here
‘Click here to pay’ doesnt work again after inputting info for the 5th time. Why would you even want to check-out anyway? Things look better in the cart.
Glitch and old fashioned app
This app is horrible. There’s a hug lag when tapping around, it’s oversensitive to touch when your scrolling so will click on items that you wanted to scroll past and then you try to return to the collection with the back arrow and it takes 4 taps to get it to respond, by which time it things you want to go back 2 steps and you end up at the main landing page and have to start all over

Also bad UX - so annoying to have to select from huge bracket of prices. If you have a budget of $3000 your only option is to look at options up to $4,999. That’s almost 2x more than you want to spend. I realize at this price point it’s all a lot of money but there actually is a big difference I spending. 3 vs 5k on a single item. Literally every other shopping app lets you set a max or min price

Love the products, but not the app
BG has always been known for high end designers and I’ve been shopping there for a number of years. Unfortunately, this app isn’t a good representation of the white glove service and usability I have come to expect. It is horribly glitchy and forced me out on at least five instances in the last thirty minutes.
