Stay away! Punitive and abusive return policies
The cost of running an e-commerce are shipping, return and restocking fees. In return, they do not need to pay for commercial real estate, shop assistants etc. Trying to train clients to shop completely overpriced items full price by refusing to put unsold merchandise on sale (Prada, Miu Miu etc), and to keep every purchase by withholding refunds for weeks, is abusive and is guaranteed to backfire. Especially in these trying times.
MyTheresa has become the EasyJet of online retailers. Do yourself a favor and go to the customer friendly competition .
