Hired out a charger for an hour. A charger that wasn’t even working properly and charged my phone on 20%. Put it back, paid £6 for nothing only to find out that I got charged £20 this morning. You can’t contact this company, they simply won’t respond you via email, so bear in mind you can be charged £20 for not even using this useless piece of plastic 👍Show lessalbinatar23

Scam
So I was at a place and my phone was about to die. I never used the LYTE before and I saw it. I inserted my card and it gave me a charger. I took the charger out and plugged my phone into it. It was broken…. So I placed it back in the slot and tried again hoping for a different one. It gave me the same one so I put it back into the slot and walked away.
The next day I looked at my bank account to see I was charger $29.99 twice FOR SOMETHING I NEVER EVEN GOT TO USE.
I called my bank they said the company has to refute the money stolen.
I looked for a phone number to call.. no phone number, what f-ing company doesn’t have a phone number? So I emailed them. They never responded and stole $60 from me. I highly suggest no one uses this company. You can’t get ahold of them when something is wrong. Horrible business model and I STILL WANT MY MONEY BACK.Show lessSawwweam

Hired out a charger for 36 minutes at Alton towers theme park, only to find my phone had not charged at all! I have been charged £2 for the privilege of carrying round a dirty piece of plastic. I also cannot remove my card details from the app. Do not download, just let your phone go flat insteadOwen dilks
