We recently completed several changes to reduce load times and optimize functionality, and the app is currently passing all of our tests for load times. You might also consider checking your network connection, as that can impact app performance. App has worked well in the past, but now doesn’t

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. We recently released a new version of the app with many updates and changes. Some older versions of the app will no longer open or function. If you haven’t updated the app to the latest version, we recommend doing that by visiting the App Store, Google Play, or by enabling your phone to automatically update apps. Once the app is updated, you should be able to access all features. If you are still experiencing issues, feel free to reach out to us at communitycompass@indyhunger.org so we can troubleshoot. Thank you for your feedback. Last March, we revamped Community Compass, which resulted in the old version of the Community Compass app being no longer available. Please update your app to the latest version. In the past year, we have put a lot of effort into redesigning the app in order to improve the user experience and best serve those looking for food assistance in Indiana.
