Radiology Application design needs work
Added one star because I noticed some of the images have been enlarged on the ipad for better visibility. Feedback below still stands: 1). For iPad, The “Check Answer” button is small and projects over other clickable elements such as the “Challenge a Friend” field. This leads to unnecessary misclicks. 2). For radiology, almost every question has an integral exhibit image to view. These almost never open automatically for viewing and i have to tap, “Show Exhibits” every time i start doing practice questions. Include a setting that automatically displays the exhibits. 3). We need to scrutinize images with the zoom feature. The current implementation is cumbersome. I have to tap the zoom icon, wait for another page to load, and then zoom the image. That’s too many clicks. The new page also hides the question stem and answers, which is bad design. Images should be directly zoomable in the stem. 4). Many questions and answers could use improvement. There is no way for me to submit question feedback on the iPad. Also, we paid for this service, why is it up to us to elevate the quality of your material? Please hire more diligent editors. Thanks and good luck with your app!

Best Rationales - 3000+ questions
This app is amazing, I am using it for NCLEX. The rationales are amazing. I plan to take the NCLEX RN in 6 weeks I will let you guys know how it goes!
Would not recommend for AMCB Exam
Purchased because of good reviews from prior classmates, however the questions are not geared towards midwives at all, more like OBs. The National exam focuses on 2/3 normal, the majority (75%) of the questions from board vitals are abnormal/high risk. Probably will not be a good reflection of the real exam, will not have to purchase another practice question app.

Board Pass!
I used Board Vitals as my only Q-bank for psychiatry boards and scored above the national average. Many explanations had additional info and charts that I marked for review later and then reviewed in the weeks leading up to my board exam. Really like their format. They also have vignettes that were very similar to the vignette section on the boards. Lastly, when I taught board review to PGY-4s, I used BV to help keep the residents engaged. Also, your progress and marked questions are available on the app and online.
