Very hit and miss
Very hit and miss in updating with a Fitbit. Sometimes it records you exercise and other times it doesn’t. Infuriating when you can see on your Fitbit how hard you have worked and yet on the my space app it looks like you have just had a quick 10 minutes and gone home. I cannot understand why one day it will record Elliptical workout, weights etc separately and the next just put daily movement on. Not really fit for purpose for exercise tracking or leaderboard.

Cancelled swimming
Turned up today 5 august at 8.30am only to be told that it was cancelled without any notification apparently due to filming or whatever surely they would have known when so called filming was taking place if did not turn up for a session I would get a X against my name disgusted
Booking classes
Very good information that is provided just two areas of frustration in booking classes, after booking a class via the app there is no facility such as a calendar to view what you have actually booked ( which can lead to double booking taking up valuable places) also there is no facility to cancel bookings unless you ring the centre ( which can be engaged for ages) which means you have to travel to the centre to cancel a booking or check what you have previously booked

Good but needs work
The app itself is great for classes and gym slots etc
However it takes days (and sometimes never) to sync with my Fitbit and update the MOVES “leaderboard”, I usually have to disconnect my Fitbit with the app and reinstall it for it to update (it’s so long winded) hopefully this gets sorted on the next fix as otherwise it’s a great app

Love the idea - infuriating to use!
Just joined the gym (which I love) and pleased I can book with an App. However, it is totally infuriating as it doesn’t remember you so you have to log in every time and it doesn’t remember the preferred gym so you have to reset it. It is a long winded way of performing a short task sadly. Hope these are just teething problems!

Worst app ever
Clearly it’s far to slow, recovering passwords or usernames doesn’t seem to work, whoever has designed needs to do a better this is not fit for purpose.

Fantastic app, however it’s not compatible with my Apple Watch. Is this likely to happen on a future update ?
