    I’d use this app but I still want a paper bill. Email is just a pit of spam anymore and I don’t want bills going to it. I cannot access the app unless I’m willing to go all electronic.

    Non working app. I just want to view my policy. Every time I try to open this app it’s just a blank white screen. Even after 3 months. How is possible? Development team? Explain yourselves please.

    Tried to show proof of insurance, opened the app, and it’s just a blank white screen. Updated app, and it’s still just a blank white screen. I understand that Donegal is more of a budget friendly insurance company, but how difficult is it to have a basic insurance card as an app?
