The new app is confusing— not as easy to understand and use as previously. And previously the bank has automatically transferred the mortgage payment on first of every month. I do not believe this is currently the case. Have not been able to verify either way and have been unable to figure out how it is done. Meanwhile I received a monthly bill and it did not say “this is not a bill .”
