These headphones are worthless! Just got them and they made me upgrade the firmware and now when connected via Bluetoothi get an endless beeping that makes these useless.
Can’t reach their support either, this company is horrendous. Don’t buyCpc3

Audio (voice) quality poor
Listening great; however the audio quality (via Bluetooth) while I’m speaking is poor. People say I sound faint and in a cave. Switch via wired and problem goes away. Unable to open TAC case.tom aylward
