This is the worst app I have ever tried to use. It will not except my password. When I try to reset my password, it says that it has sent me a verification code to my email address. But the code never shows up. So I cannot get into this app at all. I really wish someone would fix this.Ladybugcapps
Not functioning at all time
Need improvement. Not what I asked for. Mostly the heart measure don’t stay connected to the watch so you lose all your records; sometimes it reconnects and measures the heart and blood pressure.darwish74

Software
Love the Watch Quality but the Software to Connect the Watch to the Phone worked a few times and Then Couldn’t Shakes Hands Anymore. So the Watch did everything it was supposed to but couldn’t offload the info to the iPhone.
I just Updated the MAXTOP software to the Phone and am hoping that didn’t make the Watch useless since I’m still using iOS 13.7 and I’m guessing the MAXTOP Update software will want to Update the Watch Software. Not interested in Apple Making Me Buy More Hardware to Use Apps on Phones that are Still Suported. Thanks.Show lessjdinsd
Do not recommend this watch or app
This watch never stayed connected to the app or the internet even when you are in your house away from your phone, this watch never gave me the updates. I always had too turn the watch off and on, on a daily basis the app was confusing I listed data because the watch not always synced too the watch. The battery needed charging even three days depending on how much exercise I had done. I was not able to get the results I was looking for I will not be purchasing this watch in the future.Show lessLadybug42218

Phone good-App bad
The phone provides reasonable data for the price. The app on my smartphone worked for awhile but is no longer linked to the watch. Can’t get it to re-link even with the phone and watch placed side-by-side. Thank you China.Greg KM
