Device developer contacted me after the Amazon return and refund. They believe the device I received had issues. They asked if they could refund a little again and reach out for beta testing for future products. I agreed. My experience with the product and app developer team has been great. I expect over time they will produce a watch that I will buy again. I really liked the team that is turning their vision into reality. God speed to each.
9/3/2021. Watch battery will not recharge. Data updates from watch stopped. Returning watch deleting app. 9/1/2021 update: HR metric focused fir today. 1) watch remains accurate 2) app is all ways more than 20 points off. Suspect data from watch not sent wrong or misinterpreted by server. 3). Therefore historical data wrong 4) Apple Health lists MAXTOP as a HR data source, but has no data from MAXTOP. Data transmission protocol compliance issues? I am curious and so waiting to see if these items improve (and how long it takes) that I have listed here and in earlier reviews. Since it appears to be more a development project/prototype than a “production” ready devise, app, server - I have decided to retain the watch and app to chronolog the changes. If they are committed and systemically achieve what was envisioned - I will rate at 5 then - with comments to back it up . Developers: Good luck and God speed on your efforts. 8/30/21 update: improvements noted. Watch HR now correlates with other sources but now is not updating app.? Watch BP now correlates with other sources and is updating app. :) Personal info still not updating on app. ? Apple Health now listing MAXTOP as a data source for HR but data has not been provided Apple Health sees not MAXTOP for BP, Because of incremental improvements - Now delaying a little bit the return of watch; and updated rating 1 star Original: Does not integrate with Apple Health as promised. HR off by 10 - always - as confirmed by 2 trusted, verified sources. BP way off - always - as confirmed by 1 trusted and verified source. Personal Info - Fails to update app with personal info in watch. Turn wrist detection - does not work at any time of day Sedentary - does not work, yet. Sleep - works. No accuracy verification at this time. Find Phone - works. Brightness - works. Steps - works. No accuracy verification at this time. Camera control - works
