  • DO NOT PLAY, SERIOUSLY!!

    I get the fact this is a PAY TO PLAY, as most claw machine games are, and that’s perfectly fine. BUT there’s so many bots and scams.

    1. You can do things on the offerwall for gems to play but half of the offers end up ripping you off and not giving your rewards because of a minuscule detail. So you spend money on products to get gems in the process and you don’t receive any.

    2. The bots, I can’t tell you how many times you’ll be playing a machine and someone will add themselves to the que. But as soon as you leave they won’t play. But as soon as you run out of gems they’ll play and instantly win. Such a red flag, many bots.

    3. I get the whole notion all claw machines are rigged, and fine, some are, but you’ll be spending 50+ dollars and you won’t win anything, but as soon as someone plays once they’ll get it. Such a red flag

    4. Price gauging, the offers on the offer wall are incredibly low for how much you’d pay in the game for the gems, so the offer wall isn’t even worth it!!

    5. The practice claws are a wonderful idea, but the ques are always full and they don’t actually represent how the actual claw machines are played

    Overall the game is really just filled with bots and ridiculously high prices. I would not recommend playing this if you genuinely want to win something, you’re better off just ordering it from vendors instead of trying your luck on this waste of a game.

  • edit: devs are decietful

    wrote a bad review and cant find it but simply put: there is no free play like the game makes it seem. First it had a countdown on the page that offers free daily tickets for x days remaining - which seems like the free tickwts are on a cooldown. Once it hits zero, however, the cooldown restarts and you get nothing. Turns out (the app doesnt tell you) you have to make a big enough purchase first. Ridiculous. The devs like to act like if you connect you Facebook or google you can get free plays but its a ridiculously small amount of plays on top of the fact that if you try it after youve made your account you wont actually get any reward for it bc its bugged unless you do it from the start. but you also cant make another account on there if you messed up the first time so basically the whole app is a glitchy scam.

    Oh! But as they say you can look at their free gem offer wall (where you wither have to watch 600 videos to play a single round or fulfil an offer that requires you buy something soooo also not free.

  • Scam! They kick you out before you win.

    There are many issues to make you lose your gems(money) in the app. At first I thought I was the only person having these issues, but all my friends have experienced the same things.

    1)Like the title, I was going to win after 19 plays. They kicked me out of my play before my very last play. Other ppl just took over my hard work and got the prize.

    I disputed the play, but the customer service says “video evidence required.” How did I know they would kick me out??? I mean… I would record every single play if they have a sign says “Please record every play because our machine have many glitches, bugs, and all kinds of malfunctions.” But they don’t have the sign.

    2)The button doesn’t respond sometimes, so you literally throw money in for nothing.

    3)the cameras would work on different timelines, one camera would be moving while another one is still. You cannot find the right angle to move the prize but lose gems.

    4)the customer service is terrible, they just copy and paste the words when they reply emails. Basically every email says “send them the video evidence.”

    Why don’t they just post “please record every play cause our machines in 40% of your plays might not work..”

    The company is probably going to respond and offer an email to tell me contact them for the issues, like what it does to all the other reviews.
