Literally the worst piece of software I’ve ever had the misfortune to have to use. It’s like Steve Jobs and the drive to build intuitive software never happened. When it works, it’s horrible. When it doesn’t work, which is most of the time, you don’t either.
Shambles
Not user friendly, have such a hard time navigating. Using the time entries options should not be hidden at the bottom of the menu list. This should have a shortcut.
Use anything but this
Dear corporations planning digital transformation: please consider any implementation other than this one. I cannot even come close to explaining how poorly implemented this solution is.

Not fit for purpose
Huge backwards step, software is a complete mess. Reduced productivity by every end user currently using it.

On iPad it is completely non functional. It shows your bookings and nothing else. Cannot navigate to work orders. Cannot navigate to any settings.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. This app doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Awful app. Unfortunately I’m forced to use it for work. Wake up every day dreading using it. Slow, unresponsive, full of bugs. !!!AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
Wow this is horrible
We are in 2024, this app feels like it’s been made by a 4 year old. So slow, clunky, horrible on the eye. Everytime you open a new tab it starts updating taking ages. It’s really poor. And from what I can see has no offline capability which again is horrendous when working in low network areas.

This app is the worst. It is constantly crashing, like every time I use it. There are multiple updates supposedly addressing the issues, but to me the issues are getting worse. Our company has even formed a dedicated team to address the issues. It is not helping.
