Simplify instruction
Het was niet gemakkelijk om mijn “ bewijs van in leven zijn” zelf te digitaliseren. Maar dat de mogelijkheid er is ipv naar gemeentehuis te rijden( ver weg) en £10 te betalen, is dit een hele verademing!
Misschien iets duidelijker zijn , voor ons oudjes en de digibeet onder ons.

Slight Change in Instructions
It would help very greatly to SPECIFY, in the second stage when phone has to be “put on top of the document”, whether phone camera is facing down or up. General understanding of a scan is that it’s the camera that is used.

Incomplete process
Hi ReadID: I had problems with my other passport and could not complete the ID verification process: it shutdown after the passport scan and before the live selfie requirement. There was no hotline or helpdesk number to call to ask for advice on why I experienced this problem and/or what I could do to fix it. I recommend you add this help function to your app: Not just generic answers to FAQs and not just a robot, but a real person at the end of the line. TxShow lessjustaruse
