Cannot cancel subscription!!

I followed the steps to cancel this subscription and it only allows for it to be renewed? There is no cancellation option whatsoever!!!!!

Scam

This app advertised a 7-day trial window, until after I purchased it. I was charged $70 after 2-3 days. There is no way to contact customer service. I took a screen grab of their original contract, which is false advertising as it clearly states a free 7-day trial period. I will be reporting to Apple and to the BBB.

Dear user, sorry for the inconvenience. At present, the subscription products in the APP we provide are all 3 days free trial period, and you will be prompted when you try the product. We checked the description of the store page and the subscription reminder in the APP by ourselves, but could not find the problem you mentioned. Can you tell me where I saw this error message? Cannot cancel subscription

Thought I’d give it a try, since it had a “free” 3 day subscription. After a couple of days, I decided to go another direction. I spent most of the evening trying to cancel the free trial. I could not find a “cancel subscription” anywhere! Not on my Apple ID profile or anywhere in the settings. I can resubscribe, but not cancel. WHAT A SCAM! Unfortunately for me, they have billed me for an app that I won’t use & I’ll post on FaceTime to avoid this app like the plague!

Dear, We are the iFinder Team. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you want to unsubscribe，according to the Private Policy of Apple, developers are not allowed to access to your subscription management. So you need to do unsubscription by yourself. And you can cancel the subscription on your phone via (System Settings ->iTunes & App Store ->Click your AppleID and choose View AppleID->Subscription->Find our App and do Cancle Subscription operation), then you can manage your subscriptions on your iPhone settings directly. Then you will not be charged later. And if you wang to refund. you need to contact to apple team. you can login your Apple ID in Apple official website: https://appleid.apple.com to manage your purchases and request a refund for Apple. I just want my $73 back!!! I didn’t want to purchase this stupid app. We didn’t even use it. The purchase was accidental and now you guys aren’t even willing to answer my emails!!!
