This is an app full of glitches but is unfortunately the only one of its type used by our county jail. It’s a shame because they have entirely eliminated face to face visits in favor of this app. I understand why, but it would be nice to have a replacement method that works. And doesn’t cost and arm and a leg to use. Lots of families who use this don’t have much income coming in , but it is soooo expensive. I think we have spent over two hundred dollars a month—for something that works so poorly. The same thing happens over and over. We can’t text the person nor receive their texts. That has happened multiple times despite following instructions to fix that bug. And many times, their call doesn’t not come through. Or the call comes in but one or the other of us can’t hear each other. I appreciate being able to have any contact, but this is giving our whole family major anxiety in a situation in which we already have enough of that. We aren’t the ones who broke the law. Please don’t punish us by making this season of incarceration of a family member so much harder.
