I have unfortunately, had to use this app for years. And in those years, they have done nothing to fix any of their problems that occur on an all day basis, 365 days out of the year. There are so many glitches in this system I don’t even know how the CDCR maintains any type of working relationship with this company. I’m pretty sure there has to be a contract because I would’ve stopped using your service a long time ago. It’s shameful that companies depend on the fact that they have contracts with people or certain business entities that they feel like they don’t have to provide any type of quality service. They’re getting paid anyways, so what difference does it make. That’s not a good way to approach doing business with because that will not last in the long run. It’s really inconvenient and causes a lot of problems between families. You should take more pride in
your work and fix your system to where it functions even in the least bit properly. Concerns are not addressed nor do you get any kind of replies to any complaints or issues that you have with their service. This poor services has destroyed the foundations of relationships. It was honestly better off before this service provided being that it never works properly.
