  • Bring back JPAY NOTIFICATIONS

    I never get alerted notifications anymore for JPAY Mail. Only an email from outlook to say he’s written nothing from JPAY. He could’ve written 2 days ago and I have NO clue. It has been like this for months !!!! WHY can’t it be fixed !!! Also Photo gallery is seriously wrong. It doesn’t show ALL of my photos I’ve sent. I’ve paid for every one to be sent !! But I can’t see them ?? Also a different picture can be put up and when you hit preview it’s a completely different picture what’s with that. Really and I pay for this !!! Nothing with JPAY is FREE but I have NO other option but to continue with JPAY as that is what my LO uses. Far out, get your act together JPAY and give us the quality service WE pay for.

  • Never worked

    I’m never able to connect. I send tge report to Jpay and they never replies. Poor app
    Still to this day, they did NOTHING to help!

  • Terrible

    If I could give it less than one star I would. It barely ever works. Things don’t load and the app always crashes. Reports get sent to them and they never reply or do anything about it. The only time it doesn’t have a problem loading is when you buy stamps and they take your money. Go figure that’s the only time the app wants to work. Ridiculous.
