Waste of Money
This is the worst system to work with. You pay for the service and nothing works EVER. Just because this app is made for people in jail/prison doesn’t mean they should take advantage of them or their families. The people outside have already lost a loved one for some amount of time. They should at least have the ability to visit them when they have already paid for the privilege. It’s ridiculous that nothing is ever fixed and nothing has improved. It’s disgusting that these developers make money off someone’s hope. Not everyone can drive, and this was supposed to be a solution not a bigger problem.
