Invetory

The app has problems when using the camera, nothing appears and there is a flash on the screen

Buggy

The app works well, however still has music issue where it stops with each scan. Also when you go from camera to type in something and back to camera. The camera closes after each scan until you go out of inventory and back in.

Update crashed my app

Hello. I updated my app yesterday and now when I click on it to open, it opens for 2 seconds and then closes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Phone off/ on. Idk what to do next. Thank you.

The app stopped working

The app won’t open on my phone anymore. Seems like it happen to a couple phones. Will work on certian ones. Please look in to and fix

Qsr Inventory App

Great App, but every time I scan something while doing inventory while listening to my music, it stops. It didn’t use to do that until Recently. I don’t know Why it does that.

Music not working again

App worked great for longest time, now when you scan boxes it cuts the music again.

I cant even watch listen to music with bluetooth off either cause each scan some how still manages to just completely shut it off wish i didn’t have to do this in silence

I noticed you have an older App version so you may try updating the App from the App Store. We previously fixed this issue so I am surprised by the App's behavior. If that does not fix the issue would you please submit a support ticket so we can try to replicate the issue and solve the problem. Thanks!

Bored

It would sure be nice if i could play music while scanning but all the sudden not allowing it

So I am experiencing issues will not allow me to sign in with my E ID number password is correct along with login it keeps saying invalid user’s name first time this has ever happened

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.The App is designed to work without WiFi. WiFi or cellular is only required to login or when you hit submit. If you have trouble submitting please submit a ticket to our support team by going to the menu on the Mobile Inventory App on the menu is Help and Support. At the bottom of the screen there is a green Additional Help button which will allow you to submit a ticket. Also, we appreciate your feedback on being able to change your count. On our next release we are adding a Zero button so while counting you will simply hit zero and confirm and be able to enter a count for the same items that is less that the original entry. Then you will not have to look up or scan the item twice. Thank you for your feedback! We are working on improving the App with more enhancements that will be coming soon!
