Love game but😡 HELP
I really love this game up too completing daily challenges but also it is the most infuriating as I go to the app and sometimes it doesn’t even get off the initial page however many times the app is closed and open. I have reloaded it a couple of times and don’t get me wrong I really don’t mind too much having to complete the monthly challenges again but only once not numerous times!!Show lessPetapops

This has got great puzzles which are a lot of fun to solve; however it often crashes for me, for instance when I open the app, when I start a new game, when I’m playing a game, when I’ve finished a game…. It just crashes way too much for it to be properly enjoyable.abridgewater313

This app used to be great but recently it has done nothing but crash.
At times on mobile data it won’t even let me play online but I found a fix for that. Put your phone onto airplane mode and off again and it will allow you to play online.
However, this morning I cannot even get a daily challenge started without the app shutting down which is highly frustrating…Show lessjamierob1992

Only operates in portrait mode, so useless on an iPad which is normally used with a keyboard in landscape mode. Better versions out there that are more user-friendly than this.
Update: STILL not fixed on iPad in mid-2021. Waste of time and money. Wait until they stop being lazy and make it work on the iPad.Show lessOokoolele

This app does not register completion of a Puzzle Pack
I've completed the one remaining puzzle in puzzle pack 3 about 5 times already. It seems to be recognized as completed properly but the app still shows only 99 of the 100 puzzles are finished. This happened multiple times with other puzzles as well during the completion of the puzzle pack. Get your development team to find this bug. Most annoying!Show lessAnotherOldGuy
Was great but now …
This is a very well developed game and variations of Mahjong … but … but visually it has been ruined. Flashing and constantly movig advertisement ON TOP OF SCREEN HAS TO GO … OUT OF THERE. Flashing adds on top of tge screen are the most DISTRACTING, agravating, and constantly break gaming concentration … move them out or to the bottom. At the top, they have ruined the game, the desire to play the game, the will to finish. PLEASE, GET THOSE INTRUSIVE AND AGRAVATING TYPE OF ADDS OUT OF THE TOP OF THE SCREEN. Poor gamesmanship!
It really stinks that you use ads to distract players and make it harder to play! Not only that, but you put flickering, flashing ads at the top of the screen where they cause headaches, migraines and seizures! The color scheme is not all that great—although the backgrounds are nice—so you are already causing eye strain before the ads start.
Fix the color scheme, put the ads at the bottom of the screen and stick to static ads!!!Show lessOldGamerRob

I love all of Microsoft’s games! They’re casual, fun, relaxing and entertaining. They have such an easy flow about them that makes them addicting and so much better than other versions!ebbyhill
Game and ad problem
Occasionally as I am playing, an ad will pop-up before the game like it does, but it then just crashes after the ad and the game doesn’t pop up. It just returns to the select a board screen. It happens during both the challenges and normal game play.Eric in cos
