  • Annoying ad sound settings

The game is okay. It’s not the best Mahjong game around, but it’s okay. However, what is really annoying is that after I’ve taken the time to turn all the annoying in-game sounds off, the very first time an ad pops up, it plays really loud music. Why? If I don’t want the game sounds disturbing me , I certainly do not want advertising sounds. For this reason alone I will be removing this game from my phone.

  • Beautiful graphics / turn off visual effects

A beautiful new mahjong game. Two comments: I would love landscape mode, and would like to be able to turn off the visual effects (rainbow circle and tiles bumping into one another) in the same way that one can turn off the sound effects and music.
  • Love it but...

I finished the three packs that came with so I only had challenges to do. Then I got a download message that said there were new packs. It acted like it was downloading but the new packs weren’t there and still aren’t. I play on my iPad. I’d love new packs if they’re out there.
  • Where’s the new puzzle packs?

It just said there were new packs and backgrounds to download which I did but nothing’s different! It still shows the same 3 packs and I’ve completed all of those. This is the second time I’ve downloaded supposed additional packs to no avail! Are they not available on iPad?
  • Almost Perfect...

I wish you didn’t have to subscribe to go ad free. I think a single payment would work just as well. (With an option to subscribe for the extra stuff.)
  • Lost Everything

Loved the game until this happened. It’s the last day of the month and I had nearly every daily challenge completed, with only about 10/15 left of the 140. I was going to finish them now, but when I went to do so, it said I was now a level one and had 0 challenges completed this month. I only started playing because the same thing happened with my Microsoft sudoku account, as I’m playing mainly for the gamerscore, though I enjoy the puzzles. Really sick and tired of this happening.

  • Multiple subscriptions?

Come on guys. You’ve got me for game pass ultimate yet you’re charging me $12/yr for solitaire now this on top of that? Merge these into game pass already. I’ll update my rating when you do.
  • Love this game!

I was already a fan of Microsoft Solitaire with the 5 different game types and this is just as good. The only thing that I would like to see is more of the other 4 games which are only included in the daily challenges. Once the challenges have been completed the only other choice seems to be Classic. Give us more of the others, especially Golden Tiles and Lightning Tiles and I would definitely give it 5 stars. Otherwise, it’s a great game and highly recommended!

  • Great game but horrendous ads implementation

I love the game & thoroughly enjoy playing it as I do on PC. I’m not even bothered about progress not being synced through X Box live. What does annoy me are the ads. Firstly Microsoft’s awful attempts to monetise apps that we have already paid for buying Windows might be vaguely justified if the experience was massively improved. It isn’t. Next they expect you to pay a subscription for each game separately on every platform that you use. I might pay a one off if it covered all games on all platforms but I’m not playing a multiple subscription game. Also this app has both banner ads on every game & full screen apps after every few games. One or the other Microsoft. Finally Microsoft have had the dammed cheek to have the full screen ads open the App Store on the page for the app advertised. Extremely irritating, diminishes enjoyment of the game & a step way too far. When ads appear on my PC I take it as time to get up & walk away. I am certainly not going to download the rubbish advertised. Stop opening the App Store or this gets deleted. Oh yes the iPad implementation needs to be done too. At the moment there is no native support so it doesn’t fill the screen or have landscape support. Great game shoddy implementation.

  • I LOVE Microsoft’s Causal Games

Almost NO ads AT ALL, peaceful if you want a break from Saints Row, GTA, Halo or something just action games you want a fun game on mobile with one ad not every 10 levels but 20!
