Love the App!!!
This is one of the most user friendly apps I have had the luxury to use. I was able to get an estimate on a self pay Brain MRI that my flight physician had requested. I did have an issue getting set up due to the strict security stop gates, but a quick call to Stacy in IT and less than 5 minutes I was in:)Love the App!!

Awful App
I used to be able to us be able to refill my 10-13 medication with ease. The IOS version of this app only has an option for pickup and the delivery option is non-existent. The request renewal/request refill options are confusing and unnecessary. I used to be able to refill my meds just by texting a number now it’s just a link that leads to the trash app. Lastly the tracking numbers aren’t accurate I refilled Gabapentin today 8/19 and the tracking took me to last months prescription which was delivered July 13th. Absolutely TRASH app makes having to manage my prescriptions so much harder. My advice is to hire so developers with an IT degree from this decade.Show lessbathtubcum
Awesome software
This patient portal allows me so many wonderful functionalities. I can contact a doctor’s office, review test results (often before a specialist reviews them!), see trends in the test results over years, check in for an appointment at my leisure, and even automatically notify the doctors office when I have arrived for an appointment. I’m sure new functionalities will be added as time goes on, but I haven’t even thought of yet.Show lessTbuff51
