I get stuck in a loop trying to sign-up and sign in: User name available (green tick) continue - user name not avaiable.

I've been trying to join some chat groups for days, but the app's bugs won't let me. I've tried everything - updating, restarting, reinstalling... nothing works! So, I reach out to customer service, hoping for help. But instead of assistance, I get accused of breaking the chat rules in those groups! Can you believe it? I've never even sent a single message to those groups, let alone broken any rules. The incompetence is staggering. First, your app doesn't work, and then your support team makes false assumptions and accuses me of wrongdoing? Unacceptable! Fix your bugs, and train your support team to actually listen to customers. Until then, I'll be taking my business (and my frustration) elsewhere. RUN AWAY FROM THIS APP PEOPLE! You won’t make any sales here anyway.

Tedooo has been an experience with ups and downs. I have slow periods as well as busy periods but I have learned what it takes to become busy and how to do well. I have met a lot of people from all over the world and I think it’s a great place to come together with similar people and get sales. It’s addicting. I love my Tedooo!!

I’ve been on the platform for almost a year now and I’m super happy to say that I’ve had many orders. People have messaged me asking for frogs, cows, turtles! You name it and I can usually make it! I adore this platform and the space they have given me to list my handmade items. In the months I’ve been on the app there has been great improvement in many things from adding mojos, visions and more! If you’re looking for a place to start listing your handmade items I would definitely check it out it’s worth a try! 😁

Notifications and bugs
I got a notification saying that I got my first order, yet whenever I went to try and see this order it was not there (where the orders are supposed to be). I also got a message from a customer saying that she needed to redo her order and it would not let me see this message it would only show it from the outside of the messages. Sorry it’s hard to explain. I deleted the app and redownloaded it to see if it would fix these bugs and it did not work. I’m scared I’m going to miss someone’s order or message. Please fix these bugs.
